Chair Yoga
Angela runs regular Chair yoga classes at the Hall on a Friday morning the session which is chair based runs from 11am - 12noon Cost £5.
The classes are suitable for everyone including beginners who are encouraged and warmly welcomed. All necessary equipment (mats, blocks, blankets ) can be provided. Just bring yourself and wear loose comfortable clothing.

Garden and Orchard group
Saturday 22nd Feb we will be working on Robert's Corner, preparing it for the groundworks that will be happening soon (digging out the remaining raspberries and any other plants that need to be relocated, pruning and clearing).
Orchard care sessions are the 4th Saturday of the month 10.00am - 12.30pm 22nd February, 22nd March, 26th April
